All My Relations Podcast: Protect Indigenous Women

This episode welcomes special guests Mary Kathryn Nagle, who is Cherokee and a playwright and lawyer with Pipestem Law, a firm dedicated to legal advocacy for the safety of Native women and tribal sovereignty, as well as Abigail Echohawk (Pawnee), the Director of the Urban Indian Health Institute and a leader in the movement to bring visibility to MMIW through political advocacy work, data and research. They discuss the origins and evolutions of violence against Indigenous women and the increasing numbers of Indigenous women murdered across Turtle Island and the need for allies.
