Alanis Obomsawin’s 52nd film recounts the life of Jordan River Anderson and how the shortfalls of government health services led to his early death, initiating a fight for Indigenous and Inuit children to receive social, health and educational services that meet the standards of services for the rest of Canadian citizens.
